April 2021 – Vistara converted its debt into a US$70M Series B financing led by CDPQ, with participation by Salesforce Ventures and others. June 2021 – BitTitan was acquired for its suite of enterprise application data and automation solutions. Vistara provided growth debt in 2019, and through disciplined growth and a share buyback enabled by this funding, the Founder & CEO remained the largest shareholder at exit. Learn more.
August 2021 – D3 Security is a rapidly growing cyber security company with its leading security orchestration, automation and response (“SOAR”) platform. Vistara closed a US$10M growth equity investment as D3’s first institutional investor to support accelerated market expansion. Learn more.
