Vistara Announces Internal Promotions

Oren Karol and Jordon Boerchers both promoted to Senior Associate

Vistara Growth is thrilled to announce the recent promotion of two key members of our investment team, Oren Karol and Jordon Boerchers. Both are key contributors to origination, deal execution, governance and ongoing partnership with our portfolio companies.

We extend our congratulations to Oren and Jordon on their well-deserved promotions and look forward to their continued personal and professional growth within Vistara.

Prior to joining Vistara Growth, Oren worked as an investment banker at Cormark Securities in the Technology and Diversified Industries groups. While at Cormark Securities, he provided financial advisory services to companies relating to valuations, M&A, and capital raises.

Prior to joining Vistara Growth, Jordon gained experience in strategy, corporate development and investment banking across the technology industry. Most recently, after several years at investment bank Evercore, Jordon worked in the Strategic Finance team at Loopio, a B2B SaaS company streamlining the RFP process.
