Prior to joining Vistara Growth, Oren worked as an investment banker at Cormark Securities in the Technology and Diversified Industries groups. While at Cormark Securities, he provided financial advisory services to companies relating to valuations, M&A, and capital raises.
Oren holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Western University’s Richard Ivey School of Business.
