Vistara Announces Growth Capital Investment in You.i TV

VANCOUVER, BC — (September 13, 2016) – Vistara Capital Partners (“Vistara”) is very pleased to announce its participation in the recently closed US$12 million Series B equity financing for You.i TV.  Based in Ottawa, ON, You.i TV has developed an industry leading platform that powers the design, development, and delivery of immersive user interfaces for video applications across multiple devices.

The financing round was led by Time Warner Investments, the strategic investment arm of Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX) whose numerous properties include those under the Turner brand which have also begun to standardize their application development on the You.i Engine platform.  The financing round also included existing investor, Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors LP.
