Jyotin brings extensive leadership experience in private credit, spanning fund management and operations, institutional capital raising, investor relations, corporate finance, and financial management. Most recently, Jyotin served as a Managing Director at another technology focused private credit firm where he led a range of strategic and corporate finance activities, including the structuring and management of evergreen investment funds and credit facilities, as well as distribution relationships and overall fund operations.
Earlier in his career, Jyotin held roles in corporate finance and investor relations at Maple Leaf Foods and worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP.
Jyotin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.

Outside of work, Jyotin is a lifelong athlete and avid sports fan. He enjoys traveling to off-the-beaten-path outdoor destinations, though he spends most of his free time happily kept busy by his two young daughters.
