Meet Dave Revell ICD.D; Dave plays many roles as a Strategic Advisor, Angel Investor and Board Director since his recent retirement from CIBC (one of the top 5 Canadian banks) where he served as EVP of Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO). With 35 years experience in the Financial Services, Telecommunications and Information Technology industries, Dave has led companies through transformation, innovation and growth.
As a Vistara Growth Advisor, he brings his wealth of knowledge on strategy, contacts with industry peers, and advice on selling to large complex institutions who manage multi-billion dollar IT budgets and are key customers to many of our portfolio companies.
Dave serves as a Board Director for Haventree Bank, Brane Capital, Zafin (a Vistara Growth portfolio company where Dave is Chairman), Gore Mutual Insurance, and previously Fiix Software (acquired by Rockwell). He also serves on the Global Advisory Board for Intellect Global Transaction Banking.
